Has anyone at OMA ever heard of human scale? The building is just UGLY, looks like an oil drilling platform abandoned on the shores of a river. Where is this?.

Did you spot the Wiener mobile in the video?Anyways, truly exciting seeing a building such as this being built in a American city that is not known for skyscrapers or has much of a global effect. Here's to more architecturally interesting buildings being built in cities such as Little Rock and Milwaukee.

Simply put it, interesting visuals. now about the project, I'm scared to see what happens at a pedestrian scale and level. OMA does great futuristic projects, but the context suffers enormously. The Seattle Library is a monster with no regard to the pedestrian real around it. The lessons learned during the first year of architecture are sacrificed for the big idea, the massing, the wow element. COuld you pay more attention to the city, the context and the pedestrian?
