Ridgewood Reservoir is a 50 acres nature oasis located on the Brooklyn/Queens border. The city wants to turn it into ball fields. The video speaks for itself. |

| I'm all for a petition to save it! I remember that whole area up there when it was beautiful. And before they had to put up all those barriers so ppl wouldn't park on the grass. As EpcotFan said, I also remember my parents taking me up there and never forgot it. |

| You don't know why the city wants to destroy beauty? This beauty doesn't pay taxes and house expensive buildings. |

| I've never forgotten it.I remember as a kid going up there ONCE w/my parents. We were able to look through the fence surrounding it, that picutre lives in my memory forever.I don't understand WHY the city would destroy such beauty. Turning it into fields will just bring the animals that have destroyed Highland Park over the years to destroy the new fields they want to build. I remember once going there for a BBQ,someone set a car on fire..with KIDS running around.Petition to save it now!! |
