| No..not replacing windows on this one....sometimes we do but on a brick house it is ill advised as the house won't "breath" as well with new windows. Making houses air-tight in our environment is never a good idea... |

| It's under contract to close. The sellers had some issues with the title which have now been closed. We are not replacing the windows in the house...no reason to really. We'll do a general rehab on the house like most of our other homes. New systems, paint, refinish floors, tile....it'll be nice. |
